Victor and his brother John are architects of WAnalytics, a proprietary software package custom designed for William Allan, Inc. The system incorporates, but is not limited to Portfolio Management, Trading, and custom analysis for common and preferred stocks. A secure, scalable web platform that empowers us to efficiently manage investment portfolios and analyze stocks in real time, built on modern cloud infrastructure for reliability and performance. WAnalytics has become the backbone of William Allan’s wealth management process.
Victor will obtain his B.S. in Information Systems with minors in computer science and Computational Finance from Carnegie Mellon University (“CMU”) in May 2026. With strong academic performance (3.8 GPA) and hands-on experience in software development, data analysis, and systems design, he brings a well-rounded and driven approach to technology.
His technical skills span ReactJS, Python, Java, C, SQL, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, R, and Ruby on Rails, backed by practical experience through roles as a Teaching Assistant in CMU’s School of Computer Science and internships in both legal tech and financial software environments. Most recently, he developed a custom trading analysis tool using Python and PostgreSQL for a California-based investment firm.
A Dean’s List scholar and National Merit Semifinalist, Victor also competes as a varsity athlete in track & field and formerly in football at CMU. Outside the classroom and field, he has demonstrated leadership as a tutor, camp counselor, and co-founder of a literacy nonprofit.
