Victor Crawshaw

Founding Systems Architect

Victor Crawshaw is a Founding Systems Architect and graduate of Carnegie Mellon University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems with minors in Computer Science and Computational Finance. A former Dean’s List scholar and varsity athlete, Victor bridges the gap between complex software engineering and financial strategy. He has a proven track record of developing high-impact technical solutions, from implementing custom virtual machines and proxy servers to designing automated trading analysis tools that significantly optimize data processing workflows. 

Victor’s expertise spans full-stack development and systems programming, utilizing a toolkit that includes Java, Python, C, and React. During his tenure at CMU, he served as a Teaching Assistant for Software Construction, where he led labs for over 50 students and improved performance through 1:1 mentoring in Git workflows and design patterns. Combining the discipline of a PAC Champion with the precision of a systems architect, Victor is dedicated to building scalable, high-performance architecture that drives innovation.  In has free time he enjoys lifting, running and CycleBar.
