Jimmy Monti

Business Development

Jimmy has been an associate with William Allan since October of 2018, and in that time, he has helped drive the company’s growth to new levels through his diligent work. 

Prior to joining William Allan, Jimmy spent three years on the Executive Board and four years on the Board of Trustees of a large non-profit organization. As a member of the three-person Board of Trustees, Jimmy was responsible for overseeing all aspects of the organization’s finance and accounting, including instituting changes that would lead to savings of approximately $3 million over 4 years. Additionally, Jimmy was responsible for monitoring the organization's $8 million investment portfolio and authored its investment guidelines. 

During Jimmy’s tenure on the Board of Trustees, he was responsible for conducting account reviews with the organization’s executive officers, helping people who do not have a background in accounting or finance understand exactly how the organization’s assets were being managed. 

Currently, Jimmy also works as a professional arbitrator, issuing decisions on complex contractual disputes arising between labor and management. 

Jimmy puts the communication skills he has learned to use at William Allan, always endeavoring to establish a strong relationship with people built on trust.

In his spare time, Jimmy is an avid traveler. He has a passion for seeing the world and immersing himself in other cultures, especially trying new cuisines. Jimmy also tutors his friends from abroad in English and has been invited to guest lecture on conversational English.
