Jeannette Crawshaw is a Certified Public Accountant and co-founder of William Allan, Inc., where she has served as Director of Operations since 2010. Under her leadership, the firm has grown from inception to managing over $200 million in client assets. Jeannette specializes in financial oversight, operational efficiency, and compliance—streamlining processes to reduce overhead by 25% while maintaining high standards across client tax, advisory, and fiduciary services.

 Her career began in institutional finance, including roles at Bank Paribas and Farmers Insurance Group, where she led major initiatives such as an $11 billion asset transfer and built accounting teams from the ground up. Her experience spans securities accounting, internal audit, reconciliations, and regulatory reporting for complex portfolios. She is skilled in various custodial systems and has a reputation for adaptability and precision.

 Jeannette holds a B.S. in Accounting from Colorado State University and is a licensed CPA and member of the AICPA. In addition to her professional work, she has served as Finance Chair on the board of Chaminade College Preparatory and was inducted into the Colorado State Athletic Hall of Fame, currently serving on the Colorado State University Athletic Hall of Fame Committee. Her career reflects a consistent focus on strategic growth, disciplined execution, and trusted client relationships.  Jeannette enjoys playing golf with her husband and three sons, cycling classes and watching bald eagles.
