Jason C. Crawshaw, CPA, is the President and founding member of William Allan, LLC, and has worked in capital markets for more than 19 years. Mr. Crawshaw started his career as a Certified Public Accountant with a “big eight” accounting firm and became an investment advisor in 2001 as the co-founder of the Investment Advisor firm Crawshaw Capital Management, LLC.
In addition to co-founding Crawshaw Capital, Mr. Crawshaw started and ran the investment partnership of TWG Holdings, LLC.
Having begun his career in public accounting with the Deloitte & Touche Financial Services Division, Mr. Crawshaw moved into private industry in 1994 where he spent five years with Farmers Insurance Group’s Finance operation, specializing in securities accounting, reporting and analysis. He ended his career with Farmers as the Chief Financial Officer for FFS Holding, LLC, the parent company of Farmer’s NASD registered broker-dealer, for which he was also the Financial and Operations Principle.
After serving in the United State Air Force, Mr. Crawshaw attended Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles, where he graduated cum laude in 1992 with a Bachelors of Science degree in Accounting. He was born in 1967, holds an active CPA license in California, has successfully completed the NASD Financial & Operations Principal examination (Series 27), and the NASD Uniform Investment Adviser Law examination (Series 65).
Mr. Crawshaw also directed the Finance and IT functions of the Goetzman Group from 2005 thru 2011, and is the co-founder of the Gracie Charitable Trust, a 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to helping students make it to college and finding a cure for cancer. The Goetzman Group is a boutique Accounting & Finance Consulting firm, with offices in Woodland Hills & Orange County, California and New York.
